These rules must be read before starting to do anything else in this forum! Behaviour:
o1. Before starting any new topic (excluding spam messages) introduce yourself in the Welcome section
o2. Do not use offensive language that could hurt and/or offend someone else.
o3. SPAMMING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN TAG! CONTEST LINK AS WELL MUST BE POSTED IN THE SPAM SECTION! So please do not put (NOSPAM) at the beginning of your messages in tag because they will be still deleted! There is a section for this purpose, use it please!
o4. Do not go OFF TOPIC in the threads. If it happen then write OT at the beginning of your post. But the less you do it the better is for all.
o5. Prolonged absence from the forum leads to the loss of private section permits. If you are away from the forum over a month, group membership and permission in the sections will be revoked. (Permits will be revoke even if you'll come everyday but will not write anything. A little participation is required).
o6. Before being allowed in the “Translation” section at least two weeks will elapse from the date of registration where a frequent activities will be required. This is because some people did not respect others hard work allowing themselves to post here and there without credits.
o7. If you'll come back and want to be rehabilitated to the sections, send a PM to the Admin.Posting:
o1. Do not post just to increase messages. Posts must have a minimum of sense which means do not answer with only one emoticon otherwise the post will be deleted.
o2. Before opening a new thread make sure that there isn't one already open. It would be useless to have 2 or more equal threads.
o3. When posting pictures or scans please give the credits to the web site or person that slammed herself to scan. Thanks.
o4. Do not write in net language type (lol, brb, omg, wtf, ttyl, etc...etc) You do not have to pay to write, you've got a keyboard available to use so use it all! This will make reading the posts much easier and enjoyable.
o5. Since we've got foreign users as well it is request that, if you post a news, to post it in English as well so that everyone can understand it!
o6. . If a preview of one video or one song is published on the official HERESY fc page, IT CAN NOT BE PUBLISHED IN THE PUBLIC THREAD OF THIS FORUM.
I don't care if there is on Youtube or where else, I don't want to see it in the news's thread.
You can watch it wherever you want, but if the news it's not shared on the official site for all the fans who's not in the HERESY fc, i don't want to see any HERESY fc preview in the public news's thread.
If you do that, I'll delete the post.Private Sections:
o1. For being a user of the forum you must join a group. Groups are not open, you have to send me a pm or reply in the topic "Advise for who's not in a group yet", look at the subtitle for the english translation of the title of the topic. I need this because when I look to the active user at the end of the forum, if I see many coloured nickname I can easly understand who is not a member of the forum and who is not. We are growing as a forum and there are many people, I can't remember everyone. Besides I need to specify that the Satan Bitches group is only for the Admin and the Mods. The users groups are the Slaves ones. I delete old reply, because if you're already in a group I don't need that message anymore and I can't flip through 24 pages for find the new messages, so if you don't find your reply anymore don't worry, I've just deleted it.
o2. To have access to the private threads you don't need to wait a week or two, even if you are a new entry in my forum you can ask for the permission. Just send me the "Application form for the private threads", just look at the subtitle as always. Send it to me through pm or just reply in the topic. After that you'll be in a trial period of time. I know maybe it's difficult follow a forum that's it's not in you language but everyone is welcome here! But if you like this forum I need a bit of presence and I will be happy if you reply to some topics and say "hello" in the tag board. If you cannot being on the forum for a long period of time, just tell me in the "Long term absence" topic. Thank you.
o3. As mentioned earlier, it is required a bit of participation. If we got at this point it is surely not thanks to some people who pass, takes and go. If you are or you want to be users for this forum, show it to us writing posts with a meaning, not only an emoticon or various smilies. Presenting yourself in a line it is not what you call a decent presentation. At least tell us your name, how did you've got to know the GazettE or simply how did you find the forum.
o4. To enter the section ManiacS CorneR there will need much more time to get approval. This section is the most private and personal not only of the forum but also of his users. Here you'll be able to enter only after a long period of continuous activity (do not ask me for example: “It's already a month I'm here, can I be enable?” because the answer will be “NO!”) The Admin will decide when the time will come.
o5. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO CARRY OUT NOTHING FROM THE PRIVATE SECTIONS WITHOUT THE ADMIN OR THE TOPIC CREATOR CONSENS. PENALTY IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT BAN.
o6. For any clarification, send a PM to Admin or Mods.Affiliates and Spamming:
o1. In this section and ONLY this, you can advertise your forum/blog or website.
o2. It is not necessary to present yourself for spamming.
o3. Check that there is not a same threat already open. If so, the most recent will be deleted.
o4. Spam only if you've got a section in your forum for spams where we can return one ourself.
o5. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR SPAM OR AFFILATES from forums dealing racism, pornographic or paedophilia.
o6. BANNED THE “UP” IN THE POSTS! We are not the ForumFree support forum!
o7. WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE AT CONTESTS, at your discretion spamming or not.
o8. If you are returning a Spam, do it in the special section which is this.
o9. We ONLY accept affiliation from forum relevant to Jrock, music in general or Japan. This does not mean that we accept affiliation with any Manga&Anime forums.
1o. We do not accept affiliation from forum that are below the top position of 4.000.
11. Admin has the full decisional power regarding the affiliation (read: she can decide whether or not to accept the proposal of affiliation) and in either case you'll be notified with a comment as response in this forum topic or on your Board Tag.
12. Affiliates are periodically checked. In case a forum is abandoned, this will be removed from the affiliates list without any notice.
13. When you apply to become an affiliates, do not use the usual spam message as this can make us confuse. Tell it to us clearly living immediately your badge and code.
14. As badge we can accept only the 88x31 ones.
